Delivery, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, and duties for Dice Cove shop orders.
Dice Cove prices are shown in US dollars (USD). At checkout, you may see a converted total in your local currency depending on your region and payment method.
The charge on your statement may appear in your card’s billing currency. Any conversion fees are set by your bank or card issuer — not by Dice Cove.
We ship dice sets and accessories to destinations supported at checkout. Available countries and delivery estimates appear when you enter your shipping address.
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after they ship. Times are estimates and can vary with carrier capacity, customs, and remote addresses.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses that require a signature confirmation the carrier cannot complete.
If a package is refused, left uncollected, or returned to us because of an incorrect address, original shipping, return carrier fees, and any import charges may be deducted from a refund.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order contents.
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping where that offer is available. Rates for smaller orders and any expedited options are shown before you pay.
When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking details from us and the carrier.
You can also review order status in your customer account if you checked out with an account, or by using the order status link in your confirmation email.
You can request a cancellation shortly after placing an order if it has not yet been prepared for shipment.
Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled — please use the returns process after delivery instead.
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Bank processing can take several business days after we issue the refund.
Changed your mind? Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Start a return from your order confirmation email or customer account, or contact us via Help & Contact with your order number. We will send return instructions and a label when one is available for your region.
Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except when we made an error.
To receive a refund, returned items must meet all of the following:
- The return is started within 30 days of delivery and the package reaches us in a reasonable transit window.
- Items are unused, in original condition, and include any packaging that shipped with the set (e.g. cotton pouch).
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must follow the instructions we provide — do not ship items back without a return authorization when one is required.
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the eligible amount to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will get an email when the refund is issued.
We do not offer direct exchanges for a different color or product. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the set you want.
If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra shipping cost.
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees may apply and are charged by customs or the carrier — not by Dice Cove — unless checkout shows taxes collected at purchase.
Any duties or taxes paid to clear the package are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable if you return the order.
