For order questions, shipping, returns, or product help, email support with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Response times can be longer during launches and holidays.

Use the order status link in your confirmation email, or sign in to your customer account to view recent orders and tracking.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us photos of the package and product within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund without charging return shipping.
Dice Cove’s rollers, generators, and calculators are free browser tools and do not require an account. If a tool fails to load, try a hard refresh or another browser — and tell us which page broke so we can fix it.
