Terms for Dice Cove’s free tabletop tools, physical merchandise orders, and mobile apps — including accounts, payments, and acceptable use.
Acceptance
By accessing dicecove.com, using our free tools, shopping with us, or using the Dice Cove iOS or Android apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services
Dice Cove provides:
- Free tabletop tools (dice rollers, generators, trackers, calculators, and related utilities)
- An online shop for physical dice sets, accessories, and related merchandise
- Native mobile apps that wrap the Dice Cove experience for offline-capable tools and shopping
Free tools license
You may use our free tools for personal and commercial tabletop play and content creation, subject to these terms. This is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute our tool software or site code as a competing product
- Attempt to reverse engineer proprietary software beyond what applicable law allows
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service
Tool output (for example generated names) may be used in your games and creative works. “D&D” and related marks belong to their respective owners; Dice Cove is an independent fan resource and shop, not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast unless stated otherwise.
Shop and purchases
Products
Physical merchandise is sold subject to availability. Product images and descriptions aim to be accurate; slight variation in handmade or natural materials can occur.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout when applicable. Payment is processed by our payment providers. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the items, shipping, and applicable taxes.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping options, rates, and estimates appear at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass according to the carrier terms once the order ships, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Import duties or brokerage fees may apply in your country and are typically your responsibility unless checkout shows otherwise.
Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations follow the policies described in our Help / FAQ and any instructions we provide for your order. Do not ship items back without authorization when one is required. Contact support@dicecove.com with your order number for assistance.
Customer accounts
Guest checkout is available. Optional customer accounts are governed by these Terms for your relationship with Dice Cove.
Mobile apps
The iOS and Android apps may include bundled web content and network features. Checkout for physical goods opens in the system browser. App Store and Google Play terms also apply to app distribution; in a conflict about store distribution, the store’s terms control that part of the relationship.
Disclaimer
Services and materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Free tools may change or be discontinued without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dice Cove and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Dice Cove harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dice Cove principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
